A 36-year-old man was arrested this week on allegations that he sexually battered two girls in a home in Riviera Beach earlier this year.
Michael Lee, of Port St. Lucie, is facing two counts of sexual battery on a minor and two counts of lewd or lascivious battery following his arrest Thursday. He was being held in lieu of $60,000 bail Friday at the Palm Beach County Jail.
The incidents were reported to Riviera police in late June, according to an arrest report made public Friday. The report does not specify Lee’s relationship to the girls.
According to the report, one of the girls told investigators Lee touched her inappropriately after he made her do squat and push-up exercises. One of the girls told investigators Lee assaulted her on multiple occasions, including once while she pretended to be asleep, the report said.
Lee allegedly told the girl she would need to lie if anybody asked her what happened. In his initial court appearance Friday, a judge ordered that Lee have no contact with his accusers. His next court date is schedule for Oct. 4.
