Two women, including Kennedy’s girlfriend, were in a 2002 Chevrolet pickup truck driven by Kennedy when he began to operate the vehicle erratically and rolled it over near the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Northlake Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, the report said.

Both women sustained cuts and were taken to a hospital by Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue.

After the women got out of the pickup, Kennedy allegedly fled the scene.

Police found him about two hours later asleep at a residence in Palm Beach Gardens. Kennedy’s pants were covered in dried blood and his hands had cuts that were still bleeding, the report said.

Kennedy’s pickup was found abandoned nearby with heavy damage on the right side and blood splatter inside and outside the vehicle, the report said.

The police report notes that Kennedy has a tattoo covering his chest that reads: Out of control.
