Officers arrested Trayvis Richardson, 21, on charges of domestic battery, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and aggravated assault with a firearm on Aug. 8.

The mother of Richardson’s 5-year-old child told deputies that he came to her house yelling at the door. When the child let Richardson inside the house an argument ensued between him and the victim.

After the victim tried to get Richardson to leave, he allegedly grabbed her shirt, hit her on the head with an object, and then pointed a gun to her face saying, “I should just kill you right now (expletive) but you’re lucky your child is here.”
