Police responded Friday night to the 500 block of Ivy Avenue and found Jenne banging on a residence’s windows, the report said. Jenne was stumbling around with a bloody knee and slurred speech and would not comply with an officer’s commands.

After Jenne was placed in the back of a patrol car, she “began to act erratic,” the report said. When an officer tried to secure Jenne, she allegedly spit into his face.

“It was later known by fellow officers that Jenne has a communicable disease,” the officer wrote in the report.

The report did not detail what type of communicable disease afflicts Jenne or whether the officer needed medical attention.
