Diane Lynn Simonsen is facing charges of battery on an officer and disturbing the peace. Simonsen is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail.

Palm Beach Gardens police were called Sunday afternoon to the 3300 block of Gardens East Drive after Simonsen yelled obscenities at a man and accused him of sexually assaulting his 3-year-old daughter, the report said. The girl was with her father when Simonsen made her comments.

Police have responded to the area 10 times between March 3 and Sunday after similar complaints against Simonsen, according to police.

When police arrived, Simonsen allegedly told the officer to get off her property then bumped into him. After getting into her car and starting it, Simonsen got out of the vehicle and yelled, “I’ll kill you” before allegedly grabbing the officer by the uniform and kicking him in the leg, the report said.
