crimelightsA West Palm Beach man is facing a stalking charge after he allegedly made numerous threats against his former girlfriend

Riviera Beach police arrested Ronald G. Nelson, 20, on Wednesday in connection with allegations from March. He was being held without bail at the West Detention Center on Thursday.

According to police, Nelson reportedly made several phones to his ex, threatening to “burn” her, a term referring to shooting.  The woman went to the Riviera Beach police department on March 13  to report the alleged threats.

She told officers Nelson was angry at her because she had a miscarriage. After she gave her statement, Nelson allegedly called and again began making threats.

The call was placed on a speaker and an officer could hear Nelson warning that the woman had “messed up” and wouldn’t see him coming, police said. Nelson allegedly also sent videos of himself holding a loaded firearm while stating “you’re going to get got.”
