A 52-year-old St. Lucie County man arrested this week is facing additional charges for producing and distributing child pornography, the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office said Friday.
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tracy James Justice, of Port St. Lucie, Monday on 10 counts of possession of child pornography and five counts of distribution of child pornography. After deputies conducted a forensic examination of his computer, additional charges were added Thursday, including 205 counts of video voyeurism.
In total, Justice now faces 349 counts for various charges related to child pornography, the sheriff’s office said. Justice was booked into the county jail on a bond of $822,500.
Authorities say he used hidden cameras to secretly record two teenage children. Some of the images and videos recorded were pornographic in nature, Sheriff Ken Mascara said in a statement Friday.
The images reportedly were recorded using a cellphone and a camera device that can stream or record over the Internet or a wireless network.
Investigators do not believe that Justice recorded any other children, Mascara said. However, anyone with information about additional victims is asked to call detectives at 772-462-3230.
